A great deal of the funding needed to run the programs and special projects comes from local grants as well as the State of Florida.

Healthy Start Care Coordination and MomCare are funded by: The Florida Department of Health.

Healthy Families IRC is funded by: Florida Ounce of Prevention and IRC Board of County Commissioners - Children's Services Advisory Committee.

The TLC Newborn Program is funded by: United Way and IRC Board of County Commissioners - Children's Services Advisory Committee. Many local service organizations provide funding for TLC Newborn including John's Island Community Service League. TLC Newborn also relies on donations from private citizens and local businesses. 

Partners in Pregnancy and Parenting is funded by: United Way.
